Experience Highlights

Fully Automated Betting Software for Betburger to PS3838 betting

In this project, I built a fully automated bot-software that takes value bet tips from betburger and places bets on PS3838. The bot is optimized to retrieve the value bet alerts from betburger instantly(sometimes even before it appears on the betburger website frontend page) and then place the bets on PS3838 website instantly. With the bot, you're able get hundreds of bets placed daily without any manual intervention.

Automated Betting bot for Pyckio to Sportmarket/Betinasia Betting.

In this project, I built a betting bot that takes bet tips and predictions from all the professional tipsters on your pyckio account and it will place the bets for those tips on betinAsia.

Real Estate webscraping app with dashboard on amazon cloudwatch

Objective: - To build a python app that scrapes data from a real estate website - Display the metrics of the data collected on Amazon cloudwatch dashboard. - Store the actual scraped listings data into an Amazon postgresql database. - Save images to Amazon s3 bucket - Dockerize python app and host on an EC2 machine in an ECS cluster on Amazon where it will run daily. Methodology: This python app is built in python 3 using the scrapy framework along with some reverse geocoding API. The python app scrapes listing, as well as schools data from states in the US and saves to a database. This tool is then Dockerized and pushed to Amazon ECR and then the app runs on an ec2 instance inside an ECS cluster. Images of listings are stored in an S3 bucket according to the ID of each listing.

Centris house listing Scraping Project with Selenium

This is a project that shows briefly how I automated a data extraction process from one of the most popular house listing websites, cantris.ca. This project was particularly challenging as a result of the nature of the website. It is a java-script rendered website, which is a bane to so many web scrapers. Furthermore, this is a java-script website with a lot of drop downs and sliders which made the task a whole lot more challenging. However, Using selenium and a lot of trials and failures, I finally was able to automate the process of inputting the required details and fetching the resulting data from the search inputs which yielded over 167 property listings and with about 13 columns of details for each listing. Of course, this can be scaled to fetch up to even 1000 house listing data in a short period of time. Refer to the video to see this beauty, lol.

Amazon Product data scraping

In this project, I showcase a sample of over 100 product listing from Amazon which I scraped using my python Automation tools. Every product has its ASIN, Product title, Rating, Sellers rank and ofcourse Product price. The automation tool scanned through the first 3 pages of boys T-shirts on Amazon. Ofcourse, this can be easily scaled to fetch data for over 10000 products with just few lines of code.
