Nithori Ecommerce

1) Designed and deployed a chatbot that reduced customer contacts to the Ecommerce call center by 80%, saving an estimated $2.5 million annually. 2) Integrate the ML solution to the SAP-based Ecommerce product via Leveraged open-source large language models (LLMs) like Mistral 7B and Llama to boost chatbot capabilities, resulting in a 50% lift in customer satisfaction. 3) Provide the Dashboard capabilities showing different usage-based criteria(s) with further refined the Embedding process.

EDA

The EDA project is one of the modules of the recent migration from DotNet based application to Java based system of the Accretive Healthcare. The existing application written in DotNet mainly deal with the enquiries for the Patient’s Visit History, Patient’s data history and Patient’s treatment history. The same application has been analyzed and redesign to the Java based environment using the Webmethods as part of the Wrapper for the different services using the OData protocol for communication between different entities. This application has been using the Spring Boot, Spring Cloud integrated with Elastic Search as the searching utility. At the backend, data has been stored into the Hbase. We have been maintaining the separate Shops module that has been developed using the Hybris framework for maintaining the different drug for different Pharmacies at different locations

Cristianlay - ECommerce Direct Sales

1. Understand the requirements from provided functional designs and transform these requirements into the technical designs. Travel to Onsite(Spain on client Invite) 2. Involved in writing the Extensions (Java/Spring) in the Hybris Commerce Suit, Set up of the Hybris instances with their compatibility to support different versions of the Java application. 3. Working experience in Hybris modules such as Data Modeling, Catalogs, Categories, PCM, Impex, Cronjobs, Flexiblesearch, Scripting, Workflow, Back office, Cockpit, Service layer, APIs. 4.
