This case study will explore the motivations behind the development of Digihealth, its key features, and the technologies utilized to bring this innovative solution to life. **2. Motivation** The outbreak of COVID-19 in 2019 brought about a global health crisis, causing a significant number of deaths and widespread panic. As a result, people became reluctant to visit hospitals or medical facilities for fear of contracting the virus. Recognizing the need for a solution that would enable individuals to access healthcare services while minimizing physical contact, the team behind Digihealth embarked on developing a web-based app to address this critical issue. The primary motivation for creating Digihealth was to provide a platform that would facilitate remote medication and reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission through social distancing and contactless interactions. By leveraging technology, the app aims to empower users to take control of their healthcare needs from the safety and comfort of their homes. **3. Key Features** Digihealth offers a comprehensive set of features to ensure user convenience, safety, and access to essential healthcare services. These features include: **3.1 Google Authentication** To ensure secure access and personalized user experiences, Digihealth integrates Google Authentication for seamless login and sign-up processes. This authentication mechanism enables users to create accounts and access various functionalities within the app. **3.2 Covid Tracker** Digihealth incorporates a Covid Tracker feature that allows users to monitor the rate of COVID-19 cases in their region. By providing up-to-date information, the app enables individuals to make informed decisions about going outside and take necessary precautions to safeguard their health. **3.3 E-Doctor (BOT)** The E-Doctor feature within Digihealth acts as a virtual assistant, providing users with relevant information, guidance, and recommendations for their healthcare needs. ### Client brief 💼 The client wants to create an online web application that allows individuals to visualize their ideas. He wants to create an interactive application that can assist individuals in brainstorming or mind mapping. The app should be simple & nicely designed so that people of various profession can be quickly onboarded and they can use it easily. ### Our approach🌞 We believe in our process, therefore we began by empathizing with the client and learning about his motivation, needs, and objectives. Then we conducted research to acquire some insights. We determined on the fundamental functionality of the application and discussed it with the client following his permission before drafting the first layout. The wireframes (UI/UX) were then finished after a few revisions and discussions with the client. Now we know exactly what we're going to produce. The **development team's** major emphasis was on how to implement the Drag and Drop functionality while also containing these movable cards as nodes that could be connected in either direction. We used something called React Flow to figure out the solution at the same time we used Redux for all the data and state management. Finally leading to the completion of the project. ### Our role😎 Our talented team led the entire project and worked on creating the visual design of the new design system. We also revamped the UX of key pages and worked on user flows, while our developers applied their magic to help implement the entire project. Our team “CreativeScript” which consists of expert UI/UX designers & Web developers did the entire project form ( product designing to development & marketing). Its still ongoing.
