I was responsible for entering data from Excel files into Google Forms. The task involved handling 5000 files, each containing 20 questions with binary (1/0) answers. I efficiently transferred the highlighted data into the forms, ensuring accuracy and consistency. The project was completed in just 3 days while maintaining excellent quality, helping the client save significant time and effort.
I assisted the client with long-term administrative and data entry tasks. My responsibilities included inputting data from multiple sources into spreadsheets, formatting and cleaning data, and maintaining accuracy across all records. I organized the information in clear, easy-to-understand formats while ensuring timely delivery. By providing reliable and detail-oriented support, I helped the client manage their workflow more efficiently and focus on higher-priority tasks.
I converted data from 3 photo images into a clean and organized Excel spreadsheet. The unnecessary columns ("liability exp" and "workers comp") were excluded as per client instructions. I ensured accuracy, proper formatting, and easy readability, providing the client with a ready-to-use spreadsheet for their records.
I transferred invoice data from PDF files into the provided Excel spreadsheet template. Each invoice was recorded as a single line item with matching invoice number, date, and due date. The quantity was standardized to 1, while the item rate and amount were entered according to the invoice total. I ensured accuracy, consistency, and clean formatting, making it easy for the client to track and manage their financial records.
The client needed 150 reviews extracted from Google and 50 reviews from Tripadvisor. I collected and organized all reviews into a structured Google Sheet, including review content, reviewer name, and date. Additionally, I implemented a word frequency counter to track how many times specific first names and keywords were mentioned. This helped the client analyze customer feedback patterns more efficiently and save significant time in manual review analysis.
