I led the AI integration for Space Ninja, a hyper-casual Unity game by JLN Entertainments on the Bluboy Gaming App, enhancing engagement through real-time difficulty adaptation. Using TensorFlow and AWS, I developed machine learning models that dynamically adjusted enemy spawn rates, entity speed, and challenge levels based on player performance. This AI-driven approach improved Day 1 retention from 25% to 30% and Day 7 retention from 10% to 15%, ensuring a more immersive and personalized gaming experience.

Adaptive AI at Play — Engagement with Self-Learning Q-Lear in Unity.

I integrated Q-Learning into “Daadi Master,” a Unity-based Nine Men’s Morris, replacing predictable AI with a data-driven model. Using Python & TensorFlow on AWS/Google Cloud, the AI adapts to diverse strategies, boosting session length and retention. As Lead Developer & Product Manager, I oversaw concept, training, and Unity integration, resulting in a more challenging, engaging gameplay powered by machine learning.

Developed a cross-platform metaverse for PC, then optimized it for Meta Quest 2 (90 FPS) and Quest 3 (70 FPS) via draw-call reduction, LOD, and GPU/CPU profiling.
