I was responsible for creating a clean, scalable analytics dashboard using real platform data models Users, Leads, Watch Records, Campaigns. I designed and implemented UI components from scratch, configured data filters, and ensured accurate aggregation and display of metrics over time weekly/monthly. My role emphasized responsive layout design, maintainable workflow logic, and performance-optimized queries. I also demonstrated consistent communication and time management over the two week vetting period to qualify for a long-term position with the team.
I was responsible for setting up the QuickBooks OAuth 2.0 flow in n8n by registering the app with Intuit Developer, configuring client credentials, and defining the correct authorization and token endpoints. I handled scope permissions, token storage, and refresh logic, ensuring the connection could be used in future workflows. I also validated the connection by triggering test API calls within n8n to confirm data access.
I was responsible for adapting and deploying the existing Zoom download script into an AWS Lambda function. I implemented logic to authenticate with the Zoom API, fetch download URLs, retrieve files in-memory or via temporary storage, and upload them directly to Google Drive using Google’s API. My role also included managing API credentials securely via AWS Secrets Manager, handling retries and error logging, and optimizing the Lambda execution for efficiency and reliability.
As the accounting systems expert, I was responsible for auditing and exporting financial data from QuickBooks, mapping it to Odoo’s structure, and importing it with full integrity. I configured core accounting modules in Odoo to mirror the company’s existing workflows, validated balances post-migration, and trained internal staff on using the new platform. I built a custom app to integrate Shopify order data with Xero’s API, enabling automatic generation of dual-invoice records per transaction. I implemented logic to differentiate cost and commission components, apply correct VAT rules, and exclude Amazon/eBay orders. The app creates two structured draft invoices in Xero for every valid Shopify order and maps invoice items to Xero accounts for compliance and reporting. My role also included handling API authentication, error handling, and ensuring sync between both platforms.
