Hello, this is another advertising video for a mobile game, Kitty Sort. It was a challenging task for me to create the moving hole inside Unreal, especially with physics simulation on the spheres. The hole changes size and borders depending on the amount of spheres. Cat heads inside the sphere are just a sprite animation, and they are always looking at the camera. The hole material is a decal connected to the blueprint logic, and the floor material is a tri-planar shader with a world position and the same applies to the floor, and this gives us a feel of static mesh and boolean-like behavior.
Hello! This is my advertising creative for the game Kitty Sort: Twisted Tails. This was a quite complex task. The first step was to model a location, then I made a control rig in Unreal Engine 5 because firstly I wanted to render it in Unreal. Then I animated a character. After the animation, I exported the scene to Houdini, where I made a rock simulation and rope. Then I decided to continue work in Houdini and render via Redshift because simulations were quite big for Unreal to work properly in real-time.
Hello, now it is time to show some of my cinematic works from the Yolo.ex project. In this particular case, I was responsible for cameras, drone animation, animatic creation, light work, and a few technical sequencer tasks. For sure the tech artists, animators, and developers did a great job helping bring to life this cutscene. The demo for this game is now live. For me, personally, it was a non-usual slot project; the main task was to produce a video for a real slot machine. The screen is located on the top of the machine, and while someone sitting at this machine is playing, other people inside the casino will see this looped promo video. A "fire" video style was based on the slot game itself. For these, I used a lot of stock footage of fire, made a lot of color corrections, added additional glow, played with blending modes, etc. I was satisfied with the result, as was the client!
