This portfolio showcases my expertise in data engineering, data science, and Python development. The project consists of an exploratory data analysis. The objective of this analysis is to visualize the Brazilian electric generation system in a diagrammatic and spatial way, extracting insights. For this, a dataframe of the GeoDataFrame type was used and, mainly, the power of the Plotly Express library optimized for the Python language. The built dataframe is called Simple Feature: Geometry - MultiPoints, due to its characteristic of presenting a specific variable (geometry), referring to the geometry polar points, representing the Cartesian coordinates of Latitude and Longitude, enabling the georeferencing of the observations. The standard report available on ANEEL's website is the Electricity Generation Information System (ANEEL SIGA). The data for this report is available at Brazilian Government Database. For more information about the GeoDataFrame object types, I recommend visiting the GeoPandas library site. Finally the iterative data visualizations were exported in "HTML" files. Data Scrapping, ETL and Cloud View

In order to apply Text Mining, Sentiment Analysis, NLP, Machine Learning, Crawlers, and Web Scraping knowledge, data solutions were developed with topics relevant to the energy sector. These solutions scrape data from CNN Brazil websites (with a focus on the international energy scenario) and government agency websites such as ANP, ANEEL, and MME (with a focus on the national energy scenario). Once scraped, the data is manipulated and added to a dataframe, and finally presented via Plotly and Wordcloud, as shown in the figures below. All of them were developed using Jupyter Notebook and are available in my GitHub repository (github.com/viniciusgribas). The obtained results (see comments) were very interesting! They allow us to extract insights about what is happening in Brazil and the world regarding the energy topic. Estimating Medium Voltage Networks with QGIS and Python

I would like to present to you a recent project I worked on, which involved accessing data from the VIIRS satellite via API and visualizing the earth's luminosity at night. The project also included applying a Python algorithm to estimate the medium voltage network anywhere on the planet. The main result of the project was the creation of SVG maps of the medium voltage power grid in South America, which were generated using QGIS and Python. The maps provided a comprehensive overview of the power grid, allowing for a better understanding of the network's structure and distribution across the region. I am proud to say that this project was a great success and I am confident that the skills and knowledge I used to complete it would be valuable for future projects. Excel Automated Manipulations using VBA and Python

This project used VBA-EXCEL and Python (Pandas and XlWings) languages. This project explored the relationship between python and excel tools, aiming to automate long and sometimes painful processes. I highly recommend Felix Zumstein's book "Python for Excel" and the xlwings library, created by this author, is widely used in this project.
