Case Management Solution for NGOs

Client Goal: We are implementing our own Nonprofit Case Management product that is built on Model-driven PowerApps and PowerBI. We are looking for an experienced developer to assist us in the implementation for a customer. You may be required to build parts of the implementation directly into our product as feature enhancements. You will need to be highly organized, responsible and reliable. You will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, we will request samples if shortlisted. This project is expected to run for 4 months and may require 10-20 hours/week. What we would like to see in the developer: 1. Expert-level knowledge of end-to-end customization in Model-driven Apps including low-code concepts such as solutions and packages, forms and views, business rules, flows, as well as coding to accomplish the necessary outcomes. Ability to write custom extensions using JavaScript and plugins using C# 2. Ability to quickly understand customer requirements, and propose solutions on the Microsoft stack (Power Automate, SharePoint, Customer Voice, Teams, and Active Directory) 3. Experience setting up various environments (dev, UAT etc.) according to best practices that facilitate ongoing development, testing and deployment of code while reducing technical debt and rework 4. Experience building reports and charts in Power BI 5. Be disciplined about documenting user stories and tracking your time. We are using JIRA and Confluence. 6. Experience working with Nonprofits is a plus Outcome: I built and designed the whole project from scratch. Implementing valuable ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), Low code solutions with best practices and cost saving initiatives.
