This MS Dynamics CRM project is used to manage the IT resource recruitment process from end to end. It involves managing profiles for Clients, Candidates and Vendors. It manages client interviews, candidate resumes, vendor list and candidates list. More than 50+ reports are available to track daily/weekly/monthly progress or recruiters, vendors progress, client submissions, recruiter success rates, etc... It also has HR and Payroll management modules for employees. Document management for resumes and knowledge base is managed in by integrated Sharepoint with MS Dynamics CRM.
The scope of this tool called DataBridger is to convert one format of data to another format like Text to XML, Excel format to SQL or Microsoft Access format. This was accomplished by using XML as the bridge between different formats and using the facilities provided by ADO.NET. This tool was designed to synchronize various small databases on the distributed network. The conversion can be a scheduled conversion or a real time transfer. Responsibilities: • Developing UI and Business Logic for transformation of different formats of data and transfer data Environment: C#, ADO.NET, XML, MSMQ, CSMail (Emailing component).
