Developed a Power Automate Desktop (PAD) workflow to process 200,000+ records efficiently by automating data extraction from a web platform. The flow reads Order IDs from an Excel file, inputs them one by one into a web search field, retrieves the results, and captures a screenshot for each entry. Each screenshot is saved automatically using the respective Order ID as the filename for easy reference. This automation significantly reduces manual effort, ensuring accuracy and speed in large-scale data processing.
Invoice Automation using the SharePoint Syntex
Invoice processing can be automated with the "Invoice Processing Template" in SharePoint Syntex. It captures and stores invoice header data in a SharePoint document library, while AI Builder extracts line-item data into a SharePoint List.
