The solution involves using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code to set up Auth0 for identity management and Azure API Management (APIM) for securing APIs. Auth0 components, including Single Page Applications (SPA) and SAML integrations, are defined using Terraform. APIM is provisioned and integrated with Auth0 for token management. The entire configuration is version-controlled. Terraform is also employed for seamless user data migration from the existing Identity database to Auth0. A DevOps pipeline, integrated with CI/CD tools, ensures automated testing and continuous delivery.
