I conducted a comprehensive audit of an eCommerce website, providing data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates based on Google Analytics 4 insights. I identified issues in UX, UI, and overall usability, delivering a holistic evaluation from multiple perspectives. The audit included 50 actionable suggestions for improvements and A/B testing. Additionally, I created a priority matrix for the A/B tests, which the client used for planning. The entire audit was compiled into a 25-page PDF report, completed within 7 days.
I have checked how ticket selection flow is organized at the moment, provided a comprehensive list of things to be fixed, showed wireframes and explained each suggestion in details.
I have conducted a thorough UX audit on the client's super-app which is covering social media, taxi, local places, e-commerce, streamline videos, work meetings and many other user flows. I've suggested lots of improvements overall including navigation, UX/UI and user flow. I have created more than 200 screens within the application based on my suggestions from the audit. It was a long-term partnership with a tremendous outcome for both sides.
The client wanted to re-launch their online medicine business completely. We've started with UX audit on different design ideas, competitor research and new UX strategy. Then we've finalized the home page as a main page of the upcoming site. And then we've prepared all the other pages according to UX strategy. The client had his own developer. The client asked for a home page for a world-wide expanding. I have created one version according to client's requirements, using client's images and content info including CTA buttons. Figma file was created.
