The project was dedicated to the translation of the several pages user manual describing installation, configuration, and regular operations for QlickSense software. The client requested to produce a text which will keep the style and structure of the original manual as much as possible while rephrasing the parts which might look peculiar to a native Russian speaker.
The goal of the project was to rewrite a compilation of the ideas and citations from multiple papers into the literature review for the original scientific paper. While it was critical to retain all the ideas that the author of the original piece considered important, the new text had to pass a plagiarism verification process and highlight the parts that were significant for the ongoing research described in the study. Before moving forward to the editing and rephrasing stages, I spent some time on the analysis of the publications cited in the review. You can find a part of the original text and the result of its adaptation in the screenshots attached.
