Developed and optimized automation workflows in n8n for a SaaS-based AI chatbot (Mr. SIT) designed for universities. The project automated the full student lifecycle — from inquiry to application to registration — while integrating CRM systems (Zoho/Salesforce) to streamline admissions, payments, and communication. The chatbot was already live with Supabase and OpenAI; my role focused on building Phase 2 and 3 automation flows, enhancing CRM connectivity, and ensuring smooth workflow execution.
Banky is a new startup based in Colombia that provides a platform for lenders & borrowers to transact microloans (< $100). I was the only engineer on the team, and built the backend systems in Python+Django, and the mobile application in Flutter. It is deployed on the AWS infrastructure.
