The American Red Cross is a non-profit humanitarian organization that provides emergency assistance, disaster relief, and disaster preparedness education in the United States. The customer wanted to migrate their legacy portal from Adobe Experience Manager 5.6.1 (AEM) to Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service. My contribution: 1) Prepared detailed plan of the 2-step migration process with instructions. 2) Investigated possible issues, eg multiple SAML IDP support, Solr search, etc. 3) Created tasks for developers, based on the migration plan, to complete the process. 4) Estimated all the tasks. 5) Was a teamlead (3 persons, including me).
