A small betting app for friends to bet on the results of the 2022 Fifa World Cup, with a ranking system and private/public groups for friends to see how they stack up I played a pivotal role in the development of the aforementioned application, utilizing React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Next.js's static servers for the front-end. Our back-end was powered by Supabase, which provided robust database management and authentication systems for our application.
A GoFundMe competitor, it allows registered nonprofit organizations to gather and raise funds through campaigns in a modern straight forward way. Each campaign has their own unique campaign profile and URL developed with social networks in mind, it helps propagate campaigns through Instagram, Facebook and more As the lead engineer, I oversaw the development of the entire system. The front-end components were designed using industry-standard technologies such as React, Redux, and Bootstrap. For the backend, we utilized Node.js on the Express.js framework, implementing Typescript, TypeORM, and PostgreSQL to ensure a robust and secure architecture. We deployed the system on DigitalOcean Services, ensuring 24/7 uptime for our clients.
I was the main full stack developer, I wrote the front end, back end and database. I also did UI/UX design, tests through Jest and set up a travis CD/CI pipeline for Heroku Services.
