RAFT is an individual company’s product that provides information on the company’s total order backlog and TC projects in all regions and business areas. It contains all the customers' information about projects. - RAFT forecasts billing and revenue. It manages the bills of customers by projects. - The user can import a yearly budget by billing and revenue on RAFT. Then RAFT analyses the data and generates reports. - RAFT provides user access and privileges so that a particular company’s members can only access modules by region and business unit.
Slick Spoon is a restaurant app where owners can manage their orders that come from food delivery services like Grub hub, Delivery.com, and Lunchbox.io. Right now, the problem is if customers have ordered something and if they want to add more items after placing an order, then they have to call the restaurant. Slick Spoon is providing SMS chat functionality where customers can send SMS and items will be added in orders as per their requirements. Slick Spoon will download those orders using AWS lambda from the owner’s email and convert them into orders.
I developed a dynamic dashboard page showcasing transaction counts categorized by payment status, with graphical representations of payment method and status trends. - The platform also boasted comprehensive reporting capabilities, including billed, un-billed and daily reports. - Furthermore, I facilitated sale summary generation and user management functionalities within the admin panel. With a focus on transparency and accountability, I incorporated features for admin logs and web log tracking. - Integrated payment advice functionalities to streamline financial processes.
I have developed a middleware between mobile app and customer. In the application, There are 3 types of users. 1. Brand Admin 2. Distributors 3. Staff A Brand admin has an admin panel developed in Angular (MERN) from here brand admin can manage, 1. All the distributors 2. Can see all the orders with various filter options 3. Can see order analysis. A distributor has a mobile application. From the app side, it can manage, 1. Can add staffs members for self-delivery 2. All the orders, Can accept or reject orders. 3. Once accept an order, he has 2 options for delivery, 1. self 2. dunzo 4. If it selects "Self" then the distributor has to assign an order to one of his staff members. 5. If it selects "Dunzo" then Dunzo will deliver an order. A Delivery Boy (Staff Member) will deliver an order and confirm the order once using OTP. If it's verified and then deliver items.
