A fast growing e-commerce client was losing a lot of money every month on their AWS bill, and they had no idea why. The big problem was a lack of visibility and a cost strategy. So, I led a FinOps project where I dug into their spending, found a bunch of waste, and put together a plan to optimize everything. We ended up cutting their monthly bill by a solid 30%, which saved them around $6,000 every single month.
I helped a fintech company in Saudi Arabia that was struggling with slow and buggy deployments. Their manual process was a nightmare. My job was to come in and build a fully automated CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). It completely transformed their workflow, making their deployments super fast and reliable. It was a huge win for their team and their business.
I worked with a big organization that was struggling with compliance. They had to manually track user signins, which was a huge pain. The challenge was to create a reliable, automated system to replace all that manual work. So I designed and built a system using Microsoft Entra ID and other Azure tools to automatically pull user data, find inactive users, and generate all the reports they needed. It was a game changer for them, streamlining their operations and keeping them compliant without all the fuss.
