For this contract, I developed a graph-based data visualization system that enables clients to explore organizational business structures, gift/debt relationships, and family trees in real time. My development work enabled product demos and transition from pre-seed to seed stage in this financial startup company.
We worked with an IFS level 3 certified therapist to develop tooling that would augment the patient treatment process. Specifically we designed and developed a web application that allowed users to map their "Internal Systems" using specific IFS terminology and logic. The project took around 6 months and is now in open beta. I wore many hats in this project but my primary role was that of the developer. I used Next.js, Supabase, Reactflow, and Sanity.io for the core features of the web application.
For this project, I developed a Statistical Process Control (SPC) Dashboard that enabled engineers and technicians to react to tooling and process anomalies in a timely fashion, provide alerting and configuration for scheduled preventative maintenance, and store and analyze recipe and process data for predicting solar cell health and performance. The project took six months to develop and served as a foundational tool for future software endeavors, as well as contributing immediately to $300K annual cost savings in material excursion prevention.
I led the development of a Deviation Reports (DR) system to improve the tracking and management of solar cells flagged for quality deviations. The project originated from audit findings and quality engineering requirements. I designed and implemented a full-stack solution that integrated with the company's ERP system, allowing engineers to manage DR statuses, prevent non-compliant material from progressing through manufacturing, and assess financial impact. The system enhanced traceability, improved operational efficiency, and reduced the risk of defective materials advancing in production.
Client was reporting a hanging report after upgrading host server and doing a MySQL migration. I reviewed underlying query and performed table optimizations and index hints to improve performance in the quickest possible time.
