This is a program to deploy different Integration Applications (Shopify, WooCommerce, Returnly, LoopReturns etc) under PaaS platform (Celigo) for different clients and in the process, gain the relevant knowledge and experience to take the certification exam.
The project is intended to create a reporting tool that generates real-time KPI reports on production site screens and mobile devices of delivery teams. This feature is a limitation of their legacy systems and paved the way for their long-term plan of migrating systems to the .NET framework. The application is built on MVC 4.8 connecting SQL Server 2016 which pulls the data from legacy application database (Oracle 11g)
Prior to regular product updates (happening semi-annually), the technical support team performs pre-release testing of the new features or defect fixes included in the release. For 2018.1, I managed the testing process by allocating the support engineers to run product testing on specific changes. I also coordinate the details and results with other process owners until the post-release date to watch out for possible issues that customers might encounter.
Converting company legacy Excel Macro VBA applications to a .NET (4.5) application. The macros are primarily used for extracting data from company main system. Extracted data are distributed and reprocessed by each team pushed back to system for report generation.
Using Congos BI platform, we designed an ETL, and reporting system integrated on customers' HRIS with the goal to produce an interactive reporting tool. The distinct functionality of this reporting tool versus the predefined system report is that the schema and model allow users to modify the report data and format on the fly.
