Analysis of clothes for a clothing retailer, and competitor sales.
The main task was to compare training and test datasets for home sale prices. A subtask was to construct a regression model. I conducted a thorough regression analysis to identify variables useful for predicting housing sale prices. I Examined a total of 80 variables and created exploratory data visualizations to theorize about useful variables. Below are 3 pages out of a total of 6. In another portion of the project I used Lasso regression to create the final model.
