The project is aimed to create a voice chatbot agent for picking up tickets according to user preferences. The chatbot accepts requests in the form of a voice message and returns a response using a voice module that imitates a human voice.

Voice Recognition

The project aims to enhance the performance of call center managers and automate call center operations by implementing an AI-powered voice recognition system. The system is designed to analyze and interpret calls, providing managers with actionable insights into their teams' performance. Utilizing state-of-the-art voice recognition and natural language processing (NLP) technologies, the system can accurately transcribe and understand the context of each call. My involvement in the project lasted for 1 year, during which I worked as a Back End Developer. My responsibilities included backend development, training/developing ML models, integrating the API with CPU and GPU platforms for efficient audio processing, implementing and maintaining a scalable and robust infrastructure using AWS, ensuring high levels of security and data protection for the API and client data, developing and maintaining API documentation, testing and debugging the API and machine learning models, code review, implementing new features.

TechVision AI

TechVisionAI is a REST API that has been developed to unleash the power of StableDiffusion models (including SDXL). Its notable features encompass the ability to generate images based on textual prompts (txt2img), create stunning variations of images (img2img, depth2img), and perform precise image editing (inpainting). Additionally, the platform empowers users to fine-tune their models on customized datasets using the Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA) technique prior to utilizing them for image generation tasks. TechVisionAI provides support for both local models and datasets and offers integration with Hugging Face's repository. Furthermore, users have the flexibility to execute image generation tasks on a range of platforms, including CPU and GPU, with support for NVIDIA CUDA technology. My involvement in the project lasted for 6 months, during which I worked as a Back End Developer. My responsibilities included system architecture design and implementation, back-end development (SD models features and FastAPI server), ensuring quality control and unit testing, creating documentation, deploying and configuring CI/CD pipelines, and providing ongoing product support and maintenance.
