AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) with Autoscaling
Incoming traffic to gateway.test.net/bookingorder_svc passes through an Istio Gateway in EKS, routed via VirtualService to live-bookingorderapi-aks. The EKS cluster operates within a VPC with public/private subnets, managed node groups, IAM roles, and Docker Hub secrets. HPA scales pods, Cluster Autoscaler adjusts the node count, Metrics Server monitors usage, and SSL traffic is secured via Kubernetes secrets.
CICD Pipeline Architecture
Created full end to end architecture where a developer pushes a code to the github it triggers the branch code and build an image in the dockerhub and then that image is pulled in Azure Kubernetes Service and a pod is created.
