We developed the Homecare app using React Native for iOS and Android, with a Node.js & Firebase backend. The first phase, now live in pilot testing, includes AI-powered chat for automated replies. Additional AI features like request forwarding, helper recommendations, and automated reminders are in progress. The backend uses Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, and AWS S3 for storage.
