Audlist is an audio-focused social network. The app features audio recording and publishing, as well as background processing, uploading and playback of audio content. This a React Native app and its main libraries are GraphQL, React Navigation, CodePush and several audio-related libraries. Backend is Node.JS with multiple audio-processing microservices running on AWS Lambda and SQS, with MongoDB and Redis as databases. My role in this project was defining the product vision, designing frontend and backend architectures, hiring of creative and technical roles as well as doing a lot of the frontend and backend development work.
HOFr is an interactive live game show app. Thousands of players join a host in an live video stream to place their bets on sports matches, TV shows and other events. This is a React Native app and its main libraries are Apollo GraphQL, React Navigation, CodePush, Pusher and NetInsight for the live video stream. Backend runs on Rails with PostgreSQL and Redis as databases. My role in the project was helping define the frontend stack, developing multiple redesign iterations as well as advising in the backend architecture for scaling and other challenges.
