As a full-stack developer for PlacidWay, a medical tourism platform, my responsibilities included building features and managing both the backend and front-end aspects of the website. I developed features such as live chat, an anonymous email service to protect the identity of patients and providers, and web-based video and audio calling. The website has three different panels: one for agents who handle provider and patient issues, one for the provider portal, and one for the patient portal. This SaaS application compares medical travel options worldwide, providing access to top-rated medical centers, packages, articles, and more. PlacidWay has been a resounding success in the field.

It's a mental health support web service. I have been handling the backend logic, CRM, and Rest API for the react frontend developers. done many features like, appointments booking, live chatting, chatrooms, and much more. It lets users chat with a therapist in the way they’re most comfortable ability choose from voice, video, or text. Employees can track their therapy journey and see progress made, helping better manage their symptoms in the future. Management teams can deliver impactful change by identifying key issues affecting the wellbeing of their workforce. Employees can access our Self-Help Wellbeing Resource library. SupportRoom delivers business reviews, data consultancy, webinars, and training throughout the year to help your organization drive adoption, engagement, and awareness. It's a great successful project.
Simple Sign
The company CEO's vision was to make the most useful e-signature solution for their clients. We started with different ideas and started working on the project, which took around 12-13 months to finish and launch. I had multiple responsibilities I had to work on backend logic and same time at the frontend, my goal was to provide clients a smooth experience of building documents/contacts and send it to their parties and make them sign it. I build two parts, one was for the clients to create contracts and place their required fields, signature boxes, images, etc, and send them to the parties, the second part was their parties side when their recipients receive the contracts via email and SMS, I created a signing view, so they can review the contract fill the required fields and put their signature on it and complete it. and the experience was so smooth that they don't realize the backend complexity. After its launching, the clients liked it very much and they agreed to pay as they go, which means they were paying for each signature, each contract they send and get signed they get charged for it. so it was a big success.
