A thorough quality assurance testing of the live website mentioned above was undertaken covering many aspects of it, ranging from basic UI corrections to much more detailed functional loopholes. In a total 53 bugs/issues have been traced and documented, couple of which are suggested improvements as well. All of them have been categorized into 3 priority types, ‘High’, ‘Medium’ & ‘Low’ based upon their impact on the overall functioning of the site. Though majority of the bugs are of either Low or Medium priority, but couple of high priority ones do needed immediate attention of the developers. Specially the mobile responsiveness of the site is not up to the expectation, and requires some work to be done. In a nutshell, if all the bugs which have been documented has been corrected/attended to, user experience of the site is expected to go up substantially.
