The objective of the system is to provide a platform to its registered users to BUY/SELL currencies. In addition to this, the platform will also provide opportunities to its users to earn various types of rewards and incentives through MLM compensation plan. The USP of the project is that this project followed all processes from start till end and was delivered in time committed to the client. The best practices followed in the project are as below- Scrum- Project team met in scrum meetings for 15 minutes every alternate day to keep track of project progress and quickly resolve impediments, if any. Functional documentation- All required functional documents, i.e. feature list, process flow, mockups, FSD, delivery plan were created and duly signed off by client. Regular team updates- Email mode of communication was used to keep project team updated on project progress, along with scrums. Regular reporting- The team issues and blockers were timely escalated to project owner, management and client. This drastically reduced our resolution time of bottlenecks. Task tracking through PM tool- All tasks were created on PM tool and assigned to milestones. All team members took to the tool for providing task updates. Unit testing- Unit testing was religiously done by Dev team. This reduced pressure on QA team and they could focus more on functional testing rather than unit level testing
