It is a comprehensive patient care solution to capture patient health risk assessment data elements & use smart algorithms developed at the backend to analyze the data and provide virtual clinician interface. Mobile apps are reactive in nature and keep updating the data in real time and push data updates & notifications from server side without any additional pull/push mechanism. Based on different time preferences of meals, biometrics data collection timings, it pops up the notifications on the patient mobile apps to capture the data elements like Glucose Level, Blood Pressure, Weight readings, etc and notifies the clinicians if any values is out of range from the defined threshold values. A highly flexible conversation engine is developed in the backend which is used on mobile apps for virtual conversations between patients & clinicians
