1. My client had three DevOps products and they needed a documentation team for these products. The technical writing team hired, a semi-technical and needs assistance to understand these tools well enough. My client also wanted me to write articles to compare their product with other competitors after testing their products. 2. I was assigned three technical writers who were supposed to be introduced to the tool. I started by explaining the Devops and system administrators challenges and how these tools help in making their lives easy. I also educated them about the competitors and their positive and negative points. I setup a real environment using these tools for the technical writers and showed them how the tool needs to be used. For the blogs, I used other opensource and commercial competitors tools(trial versions) which helped me compare and write articles. 3. As a result, the technical writers had an in depth understanding of the tools and this helped them achieve a complete documentation and user guide for the tool. The blogs I wrote had important keywords which helped in SEO.
