Eventornado is an all-in-one platform to run and manage hackathons, both online and in-person. The application was running very outdated software and required a major upgrade from Laravel 7 to Laravel 12, while keeping currently running hackathons in a perfect working state. I was also involved in the development of new functionalities such as a complete overhaul of the review & jury system and a new "Skills" section to facilitate matchmaking.
MIL is an online portal for people willing to start over their careers. With the help of a consultant, users navigate through a series of assessments, guiding them towards a new career. This project was initially started by a team of developers that went missing in a few weeks. My job was to start from where they left of, do a complete code review (performance and security) and deliver most of the features required.
Gintonic is a self-hosted and open-source homebar manager : add the cocktails you love to make and let your friends browse through the available recipes.
