I’ve always believed that good software is not just built—it’s carefully shaped through understanding, exploration, and iteration. Every project I’ve worked on has taught me something new about how to balance simplicity with depth, and efficiency with creativity. At its core, my work revolves around helping businesses and people achieve more through thoughtful technology. I’ve learned that the most successful projects come from teams that communicate openly and stay adaptable. At Softaims, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside professionals who challenge assumptions, share knowledge generously, and inspire continuous improvement. I take pride in focusing on the fundamentals—clarity in logic, consistency in design, and empathy in execution. Software is more than a set of features; it’s a reflection of how we think about problems and how we choose to solve them. By maintaining this perspective, I aim to build solutions that are not only effective today but also flexible enough to support the challenges of tomorrow. The culture at Softaims promotes learning as an ongoing process. Every new project feels like a step forward, both personally and professionally. I see each challenge as a chance to refine my skills and contribute to the shared vision of building technology that genuinely improves lives.

As a lead technical writer for the Züs Network, a decentralized storage platform, I was responsible for creating and maintaining end-to-end developer and user-facing documentation across multiple SDKs, services, and integrations. I have covered Go and JS SDKs, S3-compatible ZS3 server, CLI tools, and integration with backup solutions like Veeam and Restic. Included function references, setup guides, API examples, error resolution steps, and performance benchmarking documentation to support developers and enterprise users. In this project, I developed detailed and precise documentation for WSC Sports, a platform specializing in automated sports highlights and video solutions. I have delivered comprehensive guides covering system workflows, technical processes, and feature overviews. In addition, I have worked on documenting step-by-step QA processes, incorporating platform-specific nuances, and ensuring comprehensive testing of graphics, video assets, labels, language support, and story configurations.
I created detailed process flow diagrams for Enchanted Rock’s construction workflows using Draw.io and Lucidchart. These diagrams visually mapped key construction phases, commissioning processes, and project handovers, helping stakeholders understand complex workflows more easily. I focused on clear, precise representations to align with industry standards and improve project execution.
As a part of this project, I got creative with my work and developed content for e-learning courses. My task was to write the text with an interesting tone of voice that would draw people in as if I were telling a story. I covered topics related to software testing and had to use the Boom software to create this amazing content. It was an incredible experience as I was able to help people better understand these software testing topics while also getting creative with my own projects.
In the project, I have to reverse engineer the board from the schematics provided by the client and then made a PCB design in Altium Designer according to the PCB scan given by the client. I did the job perfectly.
