Client wanted a website with and admin panel. The admin panel allow to add new data from different website through rss, the source website can be added and deleted from admin panel. Once the news addition was automated in db, the admin can add the best news from different sources. Once the new is added it was visible in end-users side. I have started this project from scratch with scalable architecture and deployed the server on my own. Backend was nodeJS for admin panel and frontend for admin panel and website was built in angular.
Aim: - To play the quiz(everyDay) as per admin set the time(9:00pm IST) from admin panel I have build 100% of the backend in NODE.js(from scratch) using socket.io express JS and used mongoDB as the database. Also built admin panel in angularJS which can be accessed from only one ip , Admin can add Topic of Quiz, Image of quiz and analyse the user and consistency. The Quiz starts with socket connection which send JWT with it. server authenticate the JWT and establish the socket connection. User time of answering question, lifeline usage and elimination is managed by backend. all the step of user is recorded and can be viewed from admin panel to analyse the users. LIve users are sent every second to show count of real time players playing. quiz is ended by adding winners by running complex algorithm to add winners as per time taken to answer each question(winners are declared as per timetaken same time taken users are judged by minimum time take for questions). Its have around 3500 users and still counting. built the system that works in a month
worked on basic login,registerartion of the web App. i user registers with a email address. the otp is send to email , otp is verified and registration is done. i successful login lets you upload profile picture (on s3) and lets you post images so your followers can see.
