I recently developed the VetSupply Automation Dashboard, a full internal tool for a veterinary procurement team. I handled everything from translating the Figma designs into a working Retool dashboard to setting up all the API connections that powered live data views. The system connected with a custom supplier API for real-time order syncing, inventory endpoints for status tracking, and a shipping API to pull delivery timelines and updates.
I develop a login-protected portal allowing users to register and verify their email, then access two key forms: Taxi Ride Requests and Gala Attendance. Each user could view and modify only their own submissions, with fields tailored to each use case. Admin-level access allowed for full data visibility and Excel export per form.
I was responsible for creating a detailed architecture diagram and integration strategy that connects the e-commerce platform e.g Shopify, WooCommerce with third-party APIs. I mapped out data flows, identified secure middleware layers via n8n, custom Node.js, or AWS Lambda proposed webhook/event-based triggers, and ensured GDPR-compliant data handling.
I was responsible for designing and deploying workflows in n8n that fetch client data from GoHighLevel, dynamically generate or update Google Docs via the API, and optionally send documents back through GHL or email
I was responsible for initializing the n8n instance via Docker, connecting it to GitHub for workflow versioning, and beginning the process of mapping existing Make.com logic to n8n nodes.
