Streamlined CARTIER INTERNATIONAL operations through Salesforce

Challenges: • The system did not allow a digital expansion facilitating various languages and regions. • The User Interface required massive improvement. • Order Management System (OMS) in use was not centralized and was a hindrance to the merchant's fulfillment operations. • Sales Operators were not able to place orders for the visiting customers. • No centralized database for customer data so the records were being stored manually. • Manual processing was affecting the whole system, decreasing sales and increasing costs. Solutions: • Salesforce localization to help the Cartier to cover different regions by supporting multiple locales. The localization helped them to reach more customers and create a better system. • Provided better UI design and integrated Fluent OMS to streamline the fulfillment process. Our engineers designed an improved system to help agents increase in-store sales with flexible payment options. • Designed a 360-degree customer-centric system for better data sync between all the systems. Utilized Salesforce performance-oriented approaches to enhance the response time.

STREAMLINED OPERATIONS WITH SALESFORCE FOR LIONBRIDGE TECHNOLOGIES

Challenges: •The organization wanted to expand itself in the Salesforce market to utilize content translation services. •Complex business requirements had to be handled in order to provide merchants with an easy-to-use admin portal. •The biggest challenge was to deal with data sharing between Lionbridge and Salesforce without losing any data in the process. •An effective strategy was required to reach out to Salesforce Commerce Cloud customers and offer them various services and products. Solution: • Built a Salesforce link connector for Lionbridge which is compatible with the Salesforce projects and can be added to a project as a plugin. • Designed an effective solution to streamline the Lionbridge backend system to perform content translation. Built a Merchant dashboard for scheduling and monitoring status on the SFCC side. • Introduced an automatic process to schedule translation jobs. • Designed the system as per Salesforce standards and got a Salesforce connector certified that was published over the marketplace. The Salesforce certification helped LionBridge to market its products in a better way.

HELPED L'ORÉAL IMPROVE ITS ONLINE PRESENCE IN ASIA PACIFIC

Challenges: • L'Oréal was facing a growing challenge as the world was fighting Covid-19 and the online cosmetics industry experienced a massive influx of new customers unable to visit the stores physically. • They contacted me to assist them in improving the backend operations of their online stores specifically in the Asia Pacific. • Handling integration of new payment methods was required. • 3rd party marketing extensions were needed along with Order groove, auto-subscription, and managing data flows. Provided solutions: •Integration of multiple new payment methods, for example, implementing Doku( Digital payment platforms) for L'Oréal customers in Indonesia. •Bug fixes related to Analytics, Bazaar voice enablement, and backend operations alignment for multiple online stores. •Improving business outlook and increasing subscriptions to enhance sales opportunities for online stores across the Asia Pacific.
