To enhance guest experience and streamline operations, I developed a custom WordPress plugin to integrate the popular booking plugin, Bookly, with the client's proprietary ERP system. Previously, reservations were manually managed through phone calls, a time-consuming and error-prone process. By automating the booking process and integrating it with the ERP system, we significantly improved efficiency and reduced administrative overhead.

He has stringent requirements for website speed and technical optimization. Over an extended period of collaboration, I have successfully resolved numerous issues in PageSpeed Insights reports, eliminated responsiveness problems, and performed a lot of UI/UX enhancement tasks. Some of these tasks are shown in the presentation below.

Minor Style Adjustments (an example of work performance in 1 hour)

The website of my client was created by the company's staff and was fully operational. However, it required some minor adjustments, all of which could be addressed through CSS and were primarily related to responsiveness issues. Consequently, there was no need to create a child theme and customize it. All I needed was access to the admin panel to add custom code to the theme's Additional CSS field. Given my experience, I estimated that these adjustments should take no more than one hour, so I proposed a fixed-price quote based on my hourly rate. This serves as a good example of what can be achieved in just one hour with direct and continuous communication with my client.
