I’ve learned that technology alone doesn’t solve problems—understanding people, processes, and context is what truly drives innovation. Every project begins with a question: what value are we creating, and how can we make it lasting? This mindset has helped me develop systems that are both adaptable and reliable, designed to evolve as business needs change. I take a thoughtful approach to problem-solving. Instead of rushing toward quick fixes, I prioritize clarity, sustainability, and collaboration. Every decision in development carries long-term implications, and I strive to make those decisions with care and intention. This philosophy allows me to contribute to projects that are not only functional, but also aligned with the values and goals of the people who use them. Softaims has also given me the opportunity to work with diverse teams and clients, exposing me to different perspectives and problem domains. I’ve come to appreciate the balance between technical excellence and human-centered design. What drives me most is seeing our solutions empower businesses and individuals to operate more efficiently, make better decisions, and achieve meaningful outcomes. Every challenge here is a chance to learn something new—about technology, teamwork, or the way people interact with digital systems. As I continue to grow with Softaims, my focus remains on delivering solutions that are innovative, responsible, and enduring.

Challenge: SATD needed to implement the Register of Categorization on AWS, requiring a robust architecture to support at least 30,000 daily visitors. Solution: I designed and deployed an AWS-based infrastructure, including PostgreSQL for the database, Nginx and PHP-FPM for the web server, and a Trembita server for state service interactions. They configured VPNs and reconfigured services for the new infrastructure. Result: The Register of Categorization successfully ran on AWS, providing a stable, cost-effective, and high-availability platform.

This client came with Zoho One already looking for an expert to document their processes and do the CRM implementation on all the modules together with integrations with other apps . Each part of the process required custom functions and automations to allow users to add to the system enough information for all their KPIs and reports. -I did Zoho Creator forms to allow employees and external agents to send data to the CRM and automate the Deals pipeline showing everybody in the company where the process is going, what has been done by each actor, and what was the next steps for the next one.
The client had a Salesforce for more than 10 years with thousands of records on all native objects, Leads, Accounts, Contacts and Deals and some custom objects. - The data migration did run smoothly by using Zoho's migration tool and by being careful to mirror the Salesforce structure in Zoho before moving any data. They had an autonumber for the Accounts that had many skipped records to be migrated to Zoho where the autonumbers can't do it, so, I had to come up with a custom fields/formula solution to keep the past Salesforce autonumbers in place and produce the new ones for new Accounts
The goals of client were to develop an app for daily operations, to be published on the Android and Apple stores for hundreds of employees and contractors, and to integrate all Zoho One apps for their business. I guided the client through what Zoho could offer, demonstrating how it could reduce costs and streamline their operations.
