The projects goal is to make learning and career growth more structured by turning user goals into personalized roadmaps with daily tasks, weekly video recommendations, and progress tracking, so people don’t just consume information but actually build skills step by step. In the project, I drove both the vision and the execution — defining the concept, shaping the architecture, coordinating design, and building key parts of the backend and frontend integration. I wasn’t just managing; I was hands-on, solving technical challenges while keeping the team aligned with the bigger picture.
Solutions I offered with my skill: Reduction of bounce rate, I was able to get more people into the website through a properly laid down sequence, working along side a copywriter to do this. There was a low booking rate for his agency so I integrated calendly into the website to handle that for a increase in ROI
The goal was to rebrand the landing page to reduce the bounce rate on the page. So I handled the UI design and rebranded the CTAs for more conversions, along with building the page to drive measurable insights and easy navigation on the page
