I specialize in the following technologies: JavaScript, Responsive Design, UX & UI, Web Accessibility, Figma, etc.. I hold a degree in Bachelor's degree. Some of the notable projects I’ve worked on include: Copenplay, Wellbeing System, Portofolio Homepage in Webflow with Blender Focus, Technicalities in Applied Design in a Sports Network Platform, Affiliate Programme Intro for a Sports Network Platform, etc.. I am based in Arad, Romania. I've successfully completed 9 projects while developing at Softaims.
I value a collaborative environment where shared knowledge leads to superior outcomes. I actively mentor junior team members, conduct thorough quality reviews, and champion engineering best practices across the team. I believe that the quality of the final product is a direct reflection of the team's cohesion and skill.
My experience at Softaims has refined my ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring project alignment from the outset. I am a strong believer in transparent processes and iterative delivery.
My main objective is to foster a culture of quality and accountability. I am motivated to contribute my expertise to projects that require not just technical skill, but also strong organizational and leadership abilities to succeed.

The scope of this project was to create a website that would build momentum and engagement around a VR solution. This solution is targetting educational ventures but is not limiting itself to that, with the final scope being incorporating into students' (or whoever has an interest) learning paths an awareness regarding individual carbon emissions via. This might prove to be more effective compared to traditional teaching methods due to the immersiveness of the technique. Live webflow site: https://copenplaydev.webflow.io/

The main point of discussion here is Blender. I have drawn inspiration from Kintsugi, the japanese art that involves repairing broken pottery with gold and decided to give the dripping liquid a porcelain/ceramic allure. The gold gluing is left for a future iteration. Moreover, the various objects off of which the liquid drips have symbolistic meanings, which are "idea", "technology" and "strategy". Altogether, I wanted to transmit the potential to create designs that balance both elegance and modernity.
To dive into the first item of discussion, implementation of states dependent on viewer role variables was necessary to deliver a logically sound interface. We distinguish between owner/visitor, with the former which branches into affiliate/non-affiliate. Here I could further identify design areas for conversion incentivisation. The affiliate programme comes with an admin dashboard incorporating a myriad of different stats which implies data visualization and organization. Also, I have been systemizing the designs in Figma to promote component reuse and consistency.
To achieve the goal of attracting and converting potential affiliates, I devised a presentation page that attracted attention through consistent aesthetics and engaged users to stay via an explanative storyline that incorporated visual exploratory depictions of affiliate programme features, cards that contained step-by-step instructions to emphasize the ease of use, a FAQ section and more. When it comes to the actual sign up process, this involved a series of considerations, meaning branching the user journey according to user roles.
