Schedule Interview NowMy name is Hossam E. and I have over 1 years of experience in the tech industry. I specialize in the following technologies: Linux System Administration, GitHub, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.. I hold a degree in Bachelor's degree. Some of the notable projects I’ve worked on include: IAC in AWS with Terraform, Spring PetClinic with CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible, Deployment Node.js Web App with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes, Job Posting Website Deployment, Fastest Finger First Indicator. I am based in Tanta, Egypt. I've successfully completed 5 projects while developing at Softaims.
I value a collaborative environment where shared knowledge leads to superior outcomes. I actively mentor junior team members, conduct thorough quality reviews, and champion engineering best practices across the team. I believe that the quality of the final product is a direct reflection of the team's cohesion and skill.
My experience at Softaims has refined my ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring project alignment from the outset. I am a strong believer in transparent processes and iterative delivery.
My main objective is to foster a culture of quality and accountability. I am motivated to contribute my expertise to projects that require not just technical skill, but also strong organizational and leadership abilities to succeed.

This project showcases a scalable, secure, and highly available AWS infrastructure using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC). It features a multi-tier architecture with a VPC hosting public and private subnets, secured by tailored security groups and routing configurations. Key components include public and private load balancers, EC2 instances for Nginx and reverse proxy servers, a bastion host for secure access, and NAT gateways for private internet access. S3 and DynamoDB support state management, ensuring seamless deployments and operational reliability.
As part of my DEPI internship graduation project, I deployed the Spring PetClinic application using Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Ansible. I created a custom Docker image to ensure consistent environments, used Kubernetes for orchestration with Persistent Volumes for data persistence, and automated the CI/CD pipeline in Jenkins, covering code checkout, build, test, packaging, and deployment. Ansible playbooks automated the setup of tools like Docker and Jenkins, streamlining the deployment process for a scalable, reliable solution.
I developed a web server connecting to Redis and MongoDB, containerized using Docker for portability. I automated Docker and Jenkins setup with Ansible and implemented a CI/CD pipeline in Jenkins, automating tests and Docker builds with each push. The application and MongoDB deployment were managed using Kubernetes with Minikube, ensuring scalability. Persistent Volume Claims handled data persistence, and sensitive information was secured using Secrets and ConfigMaps.
In this project, I deployed an existing web application by containerizing it with Docker. I created two separate Docker images: one for the frontend and backend components of the application, and another for the database, take a look at here.
I played a key role in integrating the logic gate component into a project, working closely with circuits like timers, latches, and resets. I led the effort to connect these complex pieces, showcasing my technical and project management skills. I also helped solve problems and improve the system to make it more efficient and reliable, while encouraging teamwork and collaboration to ensure everything came together smoothly.
