BIPSCALLS MOBILE APPLICATION is designed for Appointment Scheduling System between Store Owners, Branch Managers and their Customers. Major Functionalities that I've worked on alone: Store retailers can input their customer data in the app and it will be synchronized with the admin/call center and they will assign schedule to invite the customers to visit the store again using the vouchers that they earned from their physical visit from BIPS store retailers. Store Owners can register their business in the app and purchase packages that grants them returning customers. First time registered business owners can get 10 guaranteed customers visiting their store for free! Package cost depends on the location of the store owners. Admins can see through the app how many customers already visited through the voucher system added in the database. There is a package subscription where Store Owners can avail of. If it runs out they can top-up again to get more customers coming back for their services and products. Each app user/admin has an access individually to their all time report. The report tells how many customers visited and all the details their store assistant or manager entered including how much the client bought to determine good customers. The app has an accurate filing system and database to handle sensitive clients' information. Here are functionalities: Secure Signup Page Secure Login Page Calendar with Plotted Schedules Add Appointments Form Appointments List View Customer Details Form Detailed Customer Report Page Update Account Information Page Help center with Links to Website, Google Forms and Email The company I've worked for gained more than 6 figures using this system. They rebranded and the new name is KishurCalls. They merged into a BPO Company since Covid-19 affected the stores and closed indefinitely.
