This was a MVP application for helping the students who want to take the PTE exam (Pearson Test of English) # The IDEA: The client wanted to develop an application to help the PTE teachers as well as the Educational Organizations that provide PTE training. # The Solution: The web application was divided into separate parts - Student, Teachers, Organizations and Application Admin. Students could create study plans through the web application. They could also study the materials uploaded by teachers or application admins. They could take part in practice test sessions which include the 20 types of questions (similar to the actual PTE test) and get a result instantly. Teachers can create questions, practice tests and courses with study materials. He can evaluate the students' qualitative answers, take live class and provide one to one support to any student if necessary. Organizations can manage the teachers and students enrollment and their activities like study materials and course creation, practice tests and evaluations etc. Application admin can manage all the users and activities in this web application. Additionally, they can generate different analytical reports on users (students, teachers, education centers) and activities in the system to make the application useful and profitable for everyone.
This one was a MVP app for a loyalty management company. # The Idea: Client wanted to create a platform where both merchants and consumers would sign up. If any consumer purchased any goods/services from any of the merchants of the loyalty network, (s)he would accumulate reward points. These reward points could be redeemed in the form of discount at any of the merchants or in the form of phone bill payment. # The solution: We developed an Admin panel (web) for the client, a mobile app for the consumers and a merchant app (merchant app would run in both mobile & an android powered magnetic card reader and QR code scanner) Customers would purchase membership from the loyalty company and would receive a membership card and android app. Through the android app, (s)he could see all the offers from the merchants in the network. During any purchase from the merchant network, (s)he could receive reward points by showing the card or the QR code in the consumer mobile app. On the merchant side, (s)he could create different offers via the app. Also, (s)he could reward/redeem consumer points by scanning the card or QR code of the consumer. Through the admin panel, the client could see all the transactions (rewards/redeems) by all consumers and merchants. They could also manage other administrative activities such as blocking any merchant/consumer, manage merchant offers etc.
We developed this web application for video making and publishing for social media platforms. The system is heavily dependent on different APIs. Through this platform, a user can upload or create, save, schedule and publish his/her video content to all the major social media platforms like Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc with just one click. The software runs on paid subscription with $1/month trial available. The application comes with 4 major features: Research: The software pulls all the video results for specific keywords (input of user) through Youtube's API for competitive analysis. Video Creation: We integrated it with Google Slides via API. So a user can record his/her voiceover to explain the slides, add music and turn it into a video. Networks: The software connects to all authority social networking sites, blogs, and video platforms with just 1 click. Distribution: Users can publish any video in all the sites they authorize with just one click. #Benefits: - Converts any google slides into an awesome video with voice over - Publishes any video content to any or all major social networking platform with just one click - Provide analytical data on the popular/trending videos in any niche via Youtube API. - Saves human hour and repetitive tasks.
It’s an ecommerce dashboard and reporting center for multiple ecommerce sites. The system was built with Laravel and Vue. #The Problem The client owned and operated multiple ecommerce websites under different names and brands. Each website has their own products, customers, payment systems and individual teams to manage order fulfillment and other activities. It was very hectic and time consuming for the clients to login in each website and check the orders, activities and reports. #Our Solution: We planned a central system where all the stores’ data will accumulate so that clients could just login into one portal and could see all the stores’ data in one place. The client could see all the orders, customers, transactions and other information in one place and filter them as per his brands or company names. The client could create as many companies/brands he wanted in the system and connect it with the corresponding company/brand website. He could also create different users to manage different company portfolios with specific user permissions. #Benefits 1. Improved the overall workflow 2 .Saved time by putting all the stores’ data in one place 3. Provided better management insights for effective decision making Project Duration: 2 Months Working hours: 350
Client wanted to develop a specialized ecommerce marketplace for embroidery designs that are used in fabric processing and garments factories. #The solution: There were 4 types of users in the system : Admins, Designers, Customers, Affiliates As it was an ecommerce marketplace for digital products, an embroidery designer could upload his/her embroidery designs in some specified formats (only the formats supported by modern embroidery machines). The designer could define ‘the uploaded design’ to be ‘free’ or premium. If it’s a premium design and someone purchased it, the designer would receive the payment after a small fee cut from admin. Customers could download any free design by registering in the system. If (s)he intended to get a premium design, he could download it by paying a small fee. There’s a monthly subscription package in the marketplace. Any customer could subscribe to the monthly package and could download as many designs as (s)he wanted. There was an affiliation process too. Affiliate users could share any design file in the social media platforms and via emails. If someone clicks through the affiliate links and purchased any premium design, the corresponding affiliate users would receive a commission. Through the admin panel, admin could control the operation of the marketplace. They could manage designers and their activities, customers and their downloads, affiliates and their commissions, transaction history, payout to designers etc. Project Duration: 3 Months Working hours: 600
