This project is an AI-powered customer support service that offers 24/7 support to customers in over 35 languages. Using it businesses can improve their customer service experience by leveraging AI-powered agents that can handle routine queries and provide quick and accurate information to customers. AI-powered chatbots can provide immediate responses to customer queries, ensuring quick and accurate information. For this project I have designed and developed fronent component library using React, designed the application state logic, built microservices to handle backend services and events, created a CI/CD pipeline and more.
