Tallyfy is a cloud-based workflow management tool that turns daily tasks, SOP's and procedures into automated and repeatable process. It helps users define, manage and execute repeatable business processes. Tallyfy offers a visual workflow builder that lets users define required actions and data uploads for each step of the process using a checklist-style interface. If data entry or file uploads are required to complete a step, that information is passed along to the next individual in the workflow. Conditional and decision logic can also be incorporated into a workflow. Workflow processes can also be triggered using input from other applications, such as Zapier, Basecamp, Zoho, Skype, Salesforce and more.
In the Elevatus project, my role as a developer was to create a platform that provides fast, scalable, and innovative hiring solutions. My main objective was to automate the entire hiring process, allowing users to post job openings to over 10,000 job boards and efficiently match resumes to pre-existing job posts and descriptions. To accomplish this, I utilized a technology stack consisting of Python, Elastic Search, and NoSQL (MongoDB). These technologies allowed me to build a robust and efficient system capable of handling large volumes of data and providing seamless user experiences. I have developed various features and functionalities within the platform. This included implementing an AI matching algorithm that calculates a percentage to determine the suitability of candidates for specific job positions. I also integrated Elastic Search to enable quick and accurate search capabilities for job postings. Throughout the project, I ensured the platform's performance, scalability, and security. I conducted rigorous testing to identify and fix any issues, and we collaborated closely with the client to align the development process with their requirements and objectives.
