Real Estate Sheets Data

Client wanted a way to import real estate data to Google Sheets so they could run their customer algorithm over the data. I built them a tool that can collect this data and allow for easy import to Sheets. The last step of the manual import can also be automated.

Google Sheets Payroll

Client wanted a way to generate a new payroll Google Sheet for each new project their Union managed. This Union worked on dozens of projects a month and needed a way to generate a new payroll for each one separately. I solved this by using a Sheets template with attendant Apps Script code that generated each new project payroll and saved it to Google Drive. Client can create PDFs Invoices to send to customers for worker's pay with a button push. Emails are automatically generated.

KPI Dashboard Google Sheets

Client wanted to track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for recruiting. They wanted to both be able to see KPIs for both a custom date range and also one based on the current quarter, month, week, year. The dashboard is dynamic and changes instantly when the data on another Google Sheet (Their database) changes. They enter their data daily as they make calls, book appointments, and win clients, and the dashboard reflects this. The dashboard also shows their goals (white lines in line graphs upper left) versus their performance (teal lines in line graphs upper left).

Google Sheets Timesheets

Client wanted a timesheet in Google Sheets that all their employees could use. 1. Employees can add additional lines to timesheets. 2. Timesheets are updatable if hours change. 3. Employees each have their own timesheet. 4. All submitted timesheets go to a master timesheet that the managers can access. 5. System handles concurrent submissions. 6. Client wanted documentation and videos showing how to use system. 7. And much more... I achieved the additional work hours using the onEdit function in Google Sheets when the users select "Worked Another Job = Yes"

Dog Breeding Calculator

The client, a dog breeder of poodle varieties, wanted to be able to compare how breeding a certain father with a certain mother would result in the offspring. The client has about 30 dogs and wanted a simple way to simulate the breed breakdowns by pairing any two together. I build a Google Sheet to match the father and mother, and display instantly the resulting offspring based on the data they entered in the Dog Database which I also built for them.
