Experience Highlights

Lucid Chart Product Design for SaaS User Flow

This project required a User Flow Diagram for an SaaS MVP. The Developers needed to visualise the flow of User interactions and their resulting actions, such as Database calls or Pages served. The Lucidchart User Flow Diagram uses nodes to represent different types of actions, while the swimlanes represent the user responsible. This design allowed the developers to plan the technical aspect of the project without needing to fill in the gaps between requirements. It provided the testing team the ability to carry out QA visually and meant that Client sign-off was simple to obtain as the process was explicitly defined.

Zapier, Callingly and Salesforce Integration

This Integration allowed a sales team to immediately receive a Callingly connection when a Lead was created in Salesforce. Leads could come from sources and the team needed a way to contact them immediately. Callingly was chosen to provide instant connection to the Team. The deployment meant Leads within the company were contacted by a real person within 5 minutes of submitting their details on a webform or submitting an inquiry.
