Experience Highlights

Globus Deutschland Markt

* Developed a plugin to implement CMS blocks and elements to show on homepage * Developed a theme plugin to maintain shop's storefront design configurations * Created a 3-step checkout stepper * Extended default product detail, cart and checkout pages adapted to given design * Adapted some checkout plugins from JavaScript to TypeScript

Rebekka Ruetz Custom CMS Form Element in Shopware 6

My client needed a custom CMS Form element to be demonstrated in storefront with the following requirements: * A new form element with config of: - Title - Image - Description - Recipient of Form - Event - RSVP label * After each submission of the form, submitted data should be saved in database. * After each submission of the form, submitted data should be mailed to the customer and to the administrator of the shop(if specified in the form config). * For each event, there should be a CSV export of submissions.

Virgin Active Italy Gym Subscription e-commerce website

I was responsible for developing/maintaining new/existing Shopware 5/6 Plugins in this project. One of my biggest achievements was: Shopware's built-in coupon code creation for big numbers was taking enormous time and it was freezing the browser. I have implemented a new coupon code generation command and reduced the production of 150K codes to 8-9 seconds. Other responsibilities were: - Every day giving a feedback to the client on the progress of the tasks - Creating a custom payment gateway plugin with Braintree SDK - Creating JavaScript plugins for storefront/administration - Using Docker

Upgrade and maintain a Symfony 3.4 project to Symfony 6.4

In this project I have upgraged a Symfony 3.4 project gradually to 6.4: - The sequence followed was 3.4 -> 4.4 -> 5.4 -> 6.4 - Adapted directory structure to Flex - Upgraded Symfony recipes - Upgraded PHP 7.3 to 8.1 - Used PHP rector library to cover the changes to the new versions of Symfony and PHP - Used PHP CS fixer tool to cover coding standards of the newer versions - Dealt with all of the code deprecations - Upgraded third party bundles to adapt them to Symfony 6 - Thanks to SymfonyCasts Symfony Upgrade courses I have learnt tons of new stuff through this journey
