Currently it has 100s of employees One of Indonesian biggest marketplace, serve up to 10 000 customers online Done in Ruby On Rails with several dozens following technologies, including but not limited to Google Api, Facebook api, Paypal API, custom API for mobile application etc. Dozens of unique ways to optimize DB performance, custom built cache solution and lot of tricks to make project handle highest load, lot of customized Javascript Site done to work with IE8.0 and with fallback versions of each function to enable work in browsers with disabled (or damaged by malware) browsers.
Automatic A / B Split Testing Software, very powerful yet super simple, with pixel perfect, highly complicated responsive design and dynamic pages done on React.JS with backend on Ruby On Rails. Scripts that users install on pages done in pure JS without any libraries, with safeguards and with Ajax implementation.
I was hired initially to do quick bugfix but eventually extended to complete site refactoring, that was poorly made (and didn't really work) by developers who worked on it for 6 months. It was rewritten with multiple adjustments and improvements in proper way using ReactJS in 2 weeks span, Rails code was refactored within those 2 weeks to make it follow the best practices
Stress test that direct its load into web application (instead of network infrastructure) , causing high load to webserver (php, rails, django etc.), making application sends hundreds mysql requests, avoiding cache which in end help to find possible bottlenecks and increase or test site's scalability. Tool turned out so powerful that able to bring down literally 98% of websites in the internet
Site monitoring tools that help to check website for errors (link checker) and constantly monitor its availability. Created to handle super high load on very weak servers. On 20$ server it is possible to check several sites that have dozens of millions of links or monitor up to 1000 urls per second
