Options for the location of furniture for the bathroom have been developed in accordance with the customer's specifications.
Space planning for the kitchen. Detailed planning of the location of furniture in accordance with ergonomics, comfort and the life scenario of the owners.
This apartment is designed to accommodate 5 people: 2 adults and 3 children, with the potential to rent out the apartment in the future. As per the owners' preferences, it was necessary to allocate space for 2 bedrooms, preferably with 2 bathrooms, one of which would be an en-suite master bathroom, and the other a common one. Preference was given to maximizing space and airiness in the kitchen-living area, where placement of a sofa for one family member, a dining table seating 6 people, and the possibility of isolating the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom in case of renting.
